Welcome to Bigsamvents. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms. 1. Bookings and payments A booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit or full payment through our secure payment provider (Paystack). Prices are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GHS). The remaining balance, if any, must be settled two weeks before the event date. 2. Changes to a booking You may request changes to your package (items, quantities, or date) by contacting us. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability. Price adjustments may apply. 3. Cancellations and refunds Any deposit made is not refundable where the event is cancelled or postponed, any deposit made would be used in future events 4. Our responsibilities We will deliver the services described in your confirmed booking with professional care. Where a specific vendor or item becomes unavailable, we will provide a suitable replacement of equal or better value. 5. Your responsibilities You are responsible for providing accurate event details (date, venue, guest count) and securing any permissions required for your chosen venue. The client is responsible for payment of cost of all damages to the items or lost items during and after the event. For that matter, refundable deposit of 20% of the Total Amount is charged on items booked and such deposit is refunded after the event with no damages. 6. Liability Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for your booking. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. 7.
